About Carole Vincke
Carole is a marketing communication specialist in heart and soul. She kicked off her career at Microsoft (both Belgium as UK), ran the family-owned business for several years and is now responsible for both marketing as HR at Admiral Dynamics.
As a marketing generalist, she develops marketing campaigns, organises events, creates newsletters, updates social networks and so on. Lead generation is her key driver, social selling her way of life! Creativity, quality and efficiency are her trademarks.
Carole is also the HR hero at Admiral Dynamics: recruitment and selection, employee and labour relations, payroll and teambuilding activities, she does it all! While doing so, practise what you preach is her catchline.
