The next major release of the Microsoft Customer Engagement Platform will arrive in the 4th quarter of 2015, Microsoft announced on Tuesday 8 September, and one the main themes will be helping sales teams to stay focused on their core sales tasks and be more productive.

 

With Dynamics CRM 2016, Dynamics CRM will continue its ambitious development cadence and its commitment to working well with other products.

CRM 2016 will focus in large part on improving interoperability with other Microsoft products, including Office 365, OneDrive, and Azure machine learning; acquisitions like FieldOne and FantasySalesTeam; as well as new mobility enhancements.
